Tahoe City Defensible Space Clean-Up Day

Help protect Tahoe City Join the Tahoe City Firewise community for a Defensible Space Cleanup Day and take action to reduce wildfire risk where it matters most. This is part of our efforts to make Tahoe City a Firewise Community. 🧹 Volunteers will help: • Clear pine needles and yard debris • Trim back vegetation near homes • Remove flammable materials from defensible space zones • Free green waste dumpsters available at Tahoe Lake Elementary School • Check in at the TCDA booth to record your cleanup efforts This is a hands-on way to protect your home, support your neighbors and move Tahoe City closer to becoming a recognized Firewise Community. 🌲 Whether you’re a homeowner, resident, business owner or just want to give back, your help makes a real impact.
