With 10,500 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 39°N is being designed with walkability and easy access to transit in mind. Utilizing sustainable design practices and U.S. Green Building Standards, 39°N is anchored by a 153-room hotel and will offer 36 for-sale townhomes and 74 units of for-rent workforce housing. The project is intended to bring a new energy to the Kings Beach core.
