Founded by Michael Lefrancois in 2023, he brings to the firm over two decades of local experience in civil engineering, land planning, regulatory compliance and design. We are licensed in both Nevada and California and primarily operate in the Tahoe/Truckee region. Our clients include developers, homeowners, governments, and institutions.
